Nous avons décidé après la cure d’Eléonore de se reposer près de la jungle pour un moment et profiter de la découvrir .
We decided after the Ayurvedic cure to stay near the jungle for a wild and discover it.

In the jungle you have to be careful with every step you take not to step on a snake. Here there are more than 20 different.

At the beginning we met wild pigs.
Ce parc immense est bien protégé ( l’équivalent de la région du Languedoc-Roussillon ) même clôturé. Sur les limites, les gardiens font un feu toutes les nuits pour empêcher les animaux de sortir.

By sinking into this green hell the cries of the monkeys mingled with the songs of the birds.

Insects buzz around us and create an unusual atmosphere.

L’herbe est si bien coupée, les éléphants sont passés par là.

A little bloody on dad’s pants !

The first large mammal in the trek, buffalos

Finally !! Big traces……traces of elephants.
Enfin !! des grosses traces…….des traces d’éléphants.

And here are other traces a little more imposing, especially by their smell !!! Éléphant shit.

And here are the most awaited traces … traces of tigers !!!

Nous ne l’avons peut-être pas vu mais lui bien sûr, il nous a vu.
We are on his territory, he marked the tree with scratches. We may not have seen him, but of course he saw us.

We have finished our morning-walk and we are ready to attack the bamboo rafting.

We are equipped and a bit silly.

Here we are

These people are our guides.

One, the chef!

Two, a very nice boy. His family is a one of the tribe living in the forest.

And three, he ensured our protection against wild animals (luckily he did not use his weapon but it happens quite often )

Ici 2 bébés éléphants avec 3 femelles protectrices.
And thanks to them we were able to see extraordinary beings. Here’s 2 baby elephants with 3 protective females.
